My name is Roda Langrana. I am married to a wonderful man and I have 2 kids of whom I am exceptionally proud.

I have recently authored my first book MasterMind. MasterMind gives you the secret to using the Law of Attraction in a direct and simple manner.

I had been researching this subject for a while and came to the conclusion that books like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and the Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles and a few sundry others were voluminous and contained a lot of information probably not too relevant for a person who simply wants to get on with his life along with having a working knowledge of the Law. Very very few people have the capacity within them to be able to cull out necessary knowledge from so many books and condense the relevant information within 124 pages. And so MasterMind , was  born out of my desire to share with as many people as I could this “knowledge” that I had acquired  with “divine intervention” and this I say from the bottom of my heart.

It is not easy to open up and share your personal life … but it occurred to me that in order to make you understand that you need to get MasterMind for yourself I had to share a bit about myself and ” my journey with MasterMind’  that has enabled me to share my thoughts with the millions who follow me on facebook and twitter for each person I follow as well as each person who follows me has thousands of followers. I have numerous websites too and all of them have any number of followers. This one I think has about 6,000 daily followers and why should that be so … its because I offer my reader the same gifts I received …… success in all areas of your life.

My book is akin to a flower seed planted for mankind so that they may reap the goodness contained therein to bring  about dramatic changes in their daily lives.  I acknowledge the fact that because I am a stickler for the absolute truth no other  but a gentle persuasive way of marketing my book would do for me. For I do sincerely believe that only when a person is ready to accept mentally the tapestry that I weave with my words….will they take action.

So here I am willing to  to share with ALL good people who take the trouble to read what I write just what they may expect from my book.

My book – MasterMind , is a sixth sense guided publication. How do I make that claim ?? Allow me to explain. I was in the habit of reading Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles early every morning with my morning cup of tea out on my patio. At this time of the day your mind is peaceful and calm and open to accepting divine suggestions. What I would read impacted me a great deal and I was surprised that I had not come across this knowledge sooner. I was overtaken by the urge to share the knowledge with others and thought to myself about the great number of people whose lives would be benefited by it. So I immediately began to write  and my whole experience was surreal to say the least. I would  randomly open a book read a few lines and fall into a  deep meditative state and the next thing I knew the words would pour out of me and I wrote them out in longhand. I would then type it all out into my computer and here I underwent another amazing experience. If I tried to edit what I had written in longhand or tried to make corrections the power would trip and even though I have a backup UPS the computer would shut down. At first I did not understand why this kept happening and then I understood that it was only when I tried to change something that this kept happening and I was made to understand in my mind that I should not try to change anything I had written. And imagine the sequence of chapters were just the way it should be. Once I wrote the pages and they are a reflection of my style of writing …..that was it ….and my book was written. I don’t know if I have thanked God enough for choosing me … an ordinary mortal to convey his word to the world.  I am confident of the fact that when I have set out to do God‘s work and God is with me on this ….then pray tell me who can be against.  Nevertheless I am determined to bring the book in front of as many people as I can….so that when they read it , their lives too will change like mine did.

I shall now go back in time a little ……it all began when I was in Class 8.  Some memories are so clear as if they happened yesterday and this particular incident while being inocuous in itself was traumatic for me to say the least. My Geography class teacher then was Mrs. Johnson…a lady who I dare say probably never fully comprehended that she put a spin on my life that would take me decades to conquer.  One day while we were just relaxing she started reading the palms of some of us girls. When reading mine she casually told me that between 45 to 55 I may suffer a life threatening ilness and maybe I wouldn’t survive it. Imagine passing on such information to a young impressionable 14 year old. From being a carefree youngster, suddenly you don’t know what to believe.

I have covered this topic in detail in my book under the heading “HETEROSUGGESTIONS’. She planted a weed (as opposed to a flower seed) in my mind which I allowed to grow through fear. I actually believed it when I thought about it but my basic nature is a happy positive one so mostly it lingered in the recesses of my mind.

As a kid.. I led a very active sporty life and have played basketball, hockey,badminton and swimming as all parsees love sports. I touch on this point here to just focus on my fitness level growing up. And then I got married and had kids and held a taxing desk job for 20 long years….but that really never posed a problem as I had my same 2 trusted maids and my home ran on oiled wheels.

When I moved to my current home maids kept coming and going leading to a build up of stress in me in trying to manage a huge house and a big family of inlaws, uncle etc., sometimes without help.  Now comes the interesting part and let me share with you how I actually “invited” diabetes into my life.

TODAY I SPEAK WITH THE QUIET CONVICTION  OF ONE WHO FEELS BLESSED AND SAY … I HAVE ELIMINATED STRESS FROM MY LIFE FOR I FEEL SO CONNECTED TO GOD BECAUSE MY MASTERMIND TAUGHT IT ALL TO ME .. THAT I FEAR NOTHING FOR I FEEL GOD PROTECTING ME ALWAYS. NO ONE WHO HAS NOT EXPERIENCED THIS WILL UNDERSTAND THE SHEER DEPTH AND MAGNITUDE OF THIS ONE STATEMENT ALONE.

I SUPPOSE THIS IS WHAT IS MEANT WHEN I EXPRESS THAT  WE ARE LIKE GOD OR AS CLOSE TO BEING GODLY ON THIS EARTH … FOR I THINK IT WOULD ENTAIL ELIMINATION OF FEARS AND DOUBTS …… AND YET I AM AND DO FEEL AS ORDINARY AS THE REST OF THIS WORLD.

The saying “you are what you think all day long” came true. I was conscious of the fact that diabetes runs in my maternal family and that Grandfather Cooper died in a diabetic coma.  One day feeling a bit unwell I went to see my family doctor. While he was examining me I told him to check up if I had diabetes. He looked at me strangely and said that there was no need for that. But I insisted and he instantly pricked my finger and did a reading. To his horror it was more than 400 (I had eaten a large bowl of rice pudding before visiting him) and he panicked and sent me off to a lab for another checkup.

But the most amazing thing happened to me the day I realised I had diabetes. I lost my fear of my teacher’s prophesy. If my enemy was diabetes I was not scared as it is a lifestyle illness and well within my power to turn it around. I immediately gave up sugar and that was that. In hindsight I now realize that all this was meant to happen to me so that I could write about it with complete truth as it did happen to me just the way I have written it. 

ADDED ON 15-2-2011 (TODAY IS MY 30TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY)

I now do believe that all illnesses start in the mind. It is my endeavor to prove this point to you. For 8 long years I went to visit my doctor (who is a famous cardiac doctor) and every 2/3 months had myself examined. I was on minimum medication for all of the years as I followed a very strict diet that eliminated all sugar. About the time I wrote my book I stopped going to the doctor and though my family would insist from time to time I told them flatly that I felt fine and did not feel the need to go. I have never gone again.

About a month back I discontinued my diabetic medication…at first I too had a twinge of doubt whether I was doing the right thing….but I trusted in God and went ahead. Today I can say I am forever free of diabetes and even enjoy more sugar in a day than I would earlier in a month. I will stress here that you need to have tremendous mind power for doubts will keep on bothering you.  Please believe me that the fears we hold in our minds are the cause of our problems and therefore you do need to get my MasterMind for yourself as  there is a methodology of thinking that helps you get there.

There is one other incident I want to touch upon to explain another aspect of my book. It is on the all important aspect ….money.

While working there was another incident where a young man reading my palm told me (notice the link to astrology….I now no longer believe in it and know for sure that a person can and does create his own life) … Roda you will always live like a queen but you will personally never have too much money.Those were his words exactly and I really did not give them too much thought for after all I was a working woman.  Shortly afterwords I gave up working and have always been a stay at home mom since then. A good 15 years down the line I suddently remembered that man’s words. Did I actually believe in that wrongly planted idea….another weed ?   I decided to prove him wrong and I prayed to God. Amazingly my prayers were more of thanks and gratitude for all that I had….for as I looked around me …. a beautiful home that runs on oiled wheels, a family that I love and who love me… and I asked God that was it wrong to want to earn a lot of money at this stage of my life … 55+?  My answers came to me through books. And I just can’t tell you how simply mindblowing was the experience..

TODAY 26TH APRIL 2012 EXACTLY 2 YEARS FROM THE TIME I STARTED THIS AMAZING JOURNEY THAT HAS BROUGHT MORE MEANING TO MY LIFE AT THE AGE OF 55+ …… I HAVE COME FULL CIRCLE … AND READY TO PROVE TO THE WORLD THAT RANDOM ADVICE/ HOROSCOPES …. GIVEN BY ELDERS IS FRAUGHT WITH DANGER OF THE WORST KIND … AND A LESSER MORTAL … MIGHT WELL HAVE BEEN DEAD. I’M JUST GRATEFUL THAT I AM A REALLY STRONG INDIVIDUAL MENTALLY … THAT WHEN I WAS SHOWN THE WAY OUT OF MY PREDICAMENTS … I JUST GRABBED IT WITH BOTH HANDS … WAS GRATEFUL FOR LETTING THE KNOWLEDGE CHANGE MY LIFE IN MANY MANY WAYS . 

… AND THE LAST BIT …. COCKED A SNOOK WITH  A BIG THUMBS UP … TO ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD WHO THINK YOU CANNOT  EARN GREAT  SUMS OF MONEY WITHOUT A P.Hd . WELL I HAVE   STUDIED UPTO SENIOR CAMBRDIGE ONLY AND AFTER WORKING FOR 20 YEARS I HARDLY EARNED MUCH MONEY  …….. NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO  WHAT I EARN NOW AT 55+. THAT TOO SITTING IN THE COMFORT OF MY LARGE HOME AND ENJOYING MYSELF SO MUCH ….WORKING … THAT MANY TIMES MY FAMILY HAS TO ASK ME TO CALL IT A DAY.  

I am terribly fond of books and hubby and I are forever spending many  an afternoon browsing at a bookstore. On one such occasion we had spent almost 2 hours at a store and we were walking out. Hubby dear was trying to hurry me along and I kept stopping on every aisle. All of a sudden my eyes caught the book “the Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne and I stopped to look at it. By now hubby was getting impatient so I told him I wanted the book. But he said you’ve just seen it , are you sure, and of course he and I both know that if I want something I simply must have it. So he bought it for me. The book lay at home for a few months which is rare for me as I always read everything immediately. BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST FORAY INTO SELF-HELP BOOKS … FOR TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH I CONSIDER MYSELF TO BE A  TERRIBLY STRONG PERSON MENTALLY AND WHAT I DID NOT KNOW THEN … WHICH I NOW UNDERSTAND … IS THAT  A STRONG PERSON MAKES A BETTER PUPIL FOR THE LAW OF ATTRACTION …. FOR IT DOES REQUIRE YOU TO PUT YOUR FAITH AND BELIEF IN THINGS YOU CANNOT SEE … TO EXPECT RESULTS YOU CANNOT IMAGINE … TO LET GO OF TRYING TO CONTROL EVERYTHING YOURSELF AND THEREBY BE READY TO RECEIVE.   

Reading MasterMind would help a great deal as I have tried to make it as simple as possible. There is no fluff …..just the plain simple unadulterated truth for when you are doing God’s work there is no place for all of that. I have always been told that I have a nice writing style and that I am good with words. Yes that too is the truth even though I say so myself for I have always been my own strictest critique.

My book was like my baby…..I have nurtured it and brought it forth into this world. It now needs to step out into the world and do its work.

PERSONALLY I NOW FEEL MUCH HAPPIER AND MENTALLY SATISFIED THAT I STUCK TO THIS WORK WHICH GOD ASSIGNED TO ME AND WAS ABLE TO HELP CHANGE THE LIVES OF MORE PEOPLE THAN I CAN POSSIBLY COUNT…… AND IT WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO FOR EONS.
